9 June 2013: Civic Parade and unveiling of Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee sculpture: at Bexleyheath's Clock Tower.

The Clock Tower is currently being prepared for this important event.



1 Sept. and 13 Oct. 2013: Local history events at Crossness Pumping Station: 10.30am-4pm. The Bexley Historical Society will have a stall on both of these dates.

Illuminated World Exhibition, Hall Place, Bexley: The Bexley Historical Society's Changing Times project included the digitisation of a selection of local Arthur Boswell photographs. Hall Place's exhibition, which ran from October 2012 to March 2013, showcased another collection of his photographs, showing an exploration of life further afield; this exhibition has now been moved to the Stables Gallery.

Beastly Hall exhibition, Hall Place, Bexley, March to September 2013: a world of fantastical creatures, featuring work by internationally acclaimed artists.

Red House, Bexleyheath: open Wednesdays to Sundays, 11am-1.30pm (guided tour only, booking essential) 1.30pm-5pm (free-flow, booking not required).

Danson House: open Sundays to Thursdays, 10am to 5pm. The 'Couriers of Taste' exhibition runs from April to October.
